Born out of frustration. One of the founders teaches at an elementary school on the Central Coast of California and grew increasingly frustrated while trying to raise monies for the bi-annual trip to Washington D.C. Teachers and parents alike have very little time to spend organizing, facilitating, and managing fund-raisers. They rely on overly gracious parents to put in overtime fund-raising for the school.
     The Gracious Basket was developed to solve the problem of fund-raising . Since many people already purchase gift baskets, we thought why not buy from us and send 15% of the retail price directly to the worthy organization of their choice.
